Refund and Cancellation Terms

The service is performed at the date and time of boarding. The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation 7+ days before: 100% refund
  • Cancellation 7–3 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 72 hours: no refund
  • Cancellation due to weather/safety: new date offered or full refund.
  • No-show: no refund.

Approved refunds are reflected to your card within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
